Situation Overview

As a 50% shareholder of a Cyprus-incorporated company, I face several concurrent challenges requiring regional professional expertise.

  • Software and data on a company computer need to be secured — either by taking control or by deletion to prevent misuse
  • A unilateral strike-off attempt initiated by the co-owner needs to be blocked through proper legal channels
  • The shareholder is considering leveraging the Cyprus location advantage to establish a new entity — either with full ownership or together with investors and a managing director (this requires a qualified Nominee Director registered with ICPAC or the Cyprus Bar Association)
This is not about disputes. My goal is to protect my interests and those of future stakeholders as the developer of the LearnAndEarn platform. I am seeking the fastest possible resolution that avoids harm to the current managing director — though I realistically expect this may not be achievable.
